My overall experience was amazing! We as a company are at a point where we cannot even operate without Jira on a daily basis. Its very time efficient, so it eliminates hours of work for us so we can get loads done
Pros
How efficient and how its so easy to use for our employees. And also the fact that it streamlines most of our difficult tasks that would usually take hours to do if we did not have Jira
Cons
There was not many cons than pros to be honest, infact there wasn't any cons at all! Everything was at the best quality
Reasons for Switching to Jira
I was attracted more towards the branding they have placed, and the fact that our employees voted to use Jira than most of the other alternatives. Jira was also recommended by a lot of my CEO friends- Industry: Education Management
