Clockify is a free time tracking app helping teams track work hours across projects. For unlimited users, projects and clients you can measure employee productivity, track progress of every project and do all necessary reporting and administration work in one place.

Timekeeping is easy with a timer for tracking hours in real time, a timesheet for entering time in weekly timesheets or organizing work days by blocking and managing time in the calendar.     My overall experience has been great. Transitioning my firm and team to Clockify was simple and easy. The app and chrome extension make it easy to track time. The reporting is easy to filter and adjust. Love Clockify!

    Pros

    Accessibility- the app and chrome extension are easy to use and access. Reporting- I can get very granular with reports to see who is spending their time where, on what task and for what client which helps me track my profitability.

    Cons

    Only con is having to start and stop the clock. I came from a time keeping product that allowed you to just switch and assign it to a new project. But in the grand scheme of things, the pros outweigh this little con.

    Pros

    It's straightforward but incredibly helpful for teamwork; keeping track of each employee's and task's time is great, and it aids both the team and me in my daily organization.

    Cons

    When the internet connection is poor, it may be erratic and you may need to log in again.

    Fine enough but not excited about this solution.

    They were great with the setup. We provided some functional requests and those seemed to evaporate in the void. I'm probably going to look for another solution unless our "quality of life" requests are implemented.

    Pros

    Simple to use. Nice interface. The support staff are friendly.

    Cons

    Lack of integration with Google Workspace calendar and email notification deny-view-approve feature. I must log into the portal to see when my team is out. I should be able to see this in a team calendar through our Google calendar instead. The email notifications only have an approve button. What if I want to look at the request or deny the request? One-click on that notification email approves it. I should have a choice. This would be a simple update and the Clockify support folks ignored our feature request.

    My company wanted to figure out how much time we were spending on customer projects and more specifically what tasks we were spending the most amount of time on. For example, we broke it down into different tasks that occur in every project, including client calls and communication. It has been a valuable tool which has helped us identify areas in which we can improve and speed up implementation times!

    Pros

    The ease of use for people submitting time and the different reports available. It is so easy for me to find out how much time I spent on a certain customer or even reoccuring tasks.
    There are a few different integrations that are available and it helps me stay organized. It relieves stress knowing that I do not have to remember to track time. Speaking of stress reliever, the site has never been down anytime that I try to access it!

    Cons

    There is not a lot that I do not like, the only thing I can think of is that it did take some time to get used to inputting my time and figuring out what method worked best for me.

    What i like most about clockify is it can be used by clients for tracking time and can be greatly integrated with jira for managing how much time spent on which tickets
