I use it regularly to create lists that can be easily reviewed on my iPhone and checked off.

Pros

Quickly allows me to create and share to-do lists

For what it does, I don't really have any dislikes.

Whenever I want to manage a project very quickly with an easy to use tool, I open my trello. It's mobile app and notification system is also amazing.

Pros

This is my favorit! It is easy to use. It has a very good free version. And it has enough flexibility to manage a wide variety of projects with it!

Cons

I can have tasks and even checklists inside each task but no subtasks.

Pros

Trello has great visual interface as compared to other similar tools in this industry of project managment. Cards, Lists, boards are some very good features to organise your work.

Cons

When I used I felt Trello is not complex projects handling but made for simple project management, hope it is getting after getting acquired by Atlassian.

I was introduced to Trello a few years ago and immediately fell in love. I run both my business and my life on Trello. Any goals I have, events to plan, lists to keep running, are all done on Trello.

Pros

Trello is very easy to use, customizable, and robust

Cons

The only flaw that I can find with Trello (and maybe I just haven't figured out how to do it yet) is that you can't set up contingencies...when you mark one card done and want a follow-up to be created.
