The charge for the auto debit (in seconds) is a bit expensive. I didnt notices at first that it charges 2%

The promociones and the fact that you get opciones how to withdraw the money and we don't pay taxes in mexico
Cons
Everything from opening of the app to navigating thru it customer service is a joke they don't seem to understand we are not in America

Everything was well-organized and transparent, which helped build trust and reduce stress. While there were a few moments where the system felt a little complex at first, once I got used to it, the workflow was smooth and efficient.
Pros
What I liked most about Deel was how easy and organized everything felt. From contracts to payments, the platform made remote work simple and stress-free. I appreciated how transparent the process was, especially with payroll, compliance, and documentation. It really felt like the system was built to support remote workers properly, not just the company — which made working through Deel feel reliable and secure.
Cons
The main downside for me was that some processes felt a bit automated or rigid, especially when dealing with unique situations that didn’t fit the usual flow. While the platform is very efficient, it sometimes lacked a personal touch when you needed quick, human support. Also, a few features took time to figure out at first due to the number of tools available in the dashboard.
