The ability to allow all of workers to connect through a single app and see everything they need to see for their job that day
Cons
Some of the abilities need to be updated because it's still a little janky on Android

Overall we're satisfied with WFN, it would be great if it can be integrated with other HR and Accounting systems. Each time when we have a new hire or an update for current employees, we have to input the same info twice. We also have to import the GL file to our accounting system manually.
Pros
It's a great tool for employee and payroll management. I like the reporting feature.
Cons
the UI design of WFN is not the best. The menu is not organized in a way that easy to browse. The implementation process is also challenging

It was difficult to navigate and it was better than TotalSource where I had a number of compliance issues. The reporting could have been more robust
Pros
I used ADP Workforce Now after I migrated away from ADP Total and I had to bring everything in house. The initial set up was not difficult
Cons
I have many. My implementation manager fell out of the process and we were left to figure out implementation, especially during the parallel testing
