The ability to set goals is Paylocity's strongest suit. It helps the user stay focused and accountable while also providing insight into the priorities of employees and how those priorities relate to the overall goals of the business.
Pros
I like how user-friendly the system is and how readily available the data about employees is for study. Another positive is that it may be customized to become your company's complete human resources and payroll solution.
Cons
Customer service has been frustrating and useless in the past, but we've now built constructive partnerships and are seeing better results as a result. The reporting is similarly mediocre but serves its purpose.

Pros
Easy to work with. Very user friendly. Customer service is great, you will always get the help you need and quickly.
Cons
The only thing I personally do not like is that every 6 months I have to change my password.

Customer Service is terrible if you have a questions they send you links instead of calling and helping

Overall, Paylocity is one of the better HRIS systems I've worked with. Payroll is simpler while still being secure and my employees also seem to engage well with the program.
Pros
Paylocity has allowed us to customize a lot about our company site/setup. I spend most of my time in the Onboarding side of things and being able to customize the onboarding tasks is really helpful.
When it comes to the Employee's side of Paylocity, it is relatively straightforward and user-friendly. The site is easy to navigate and when needed, the support team is very friendly and usually quick to respond.
Cons
There is definitely room for improvement within Paylocity. It seems like a lot of functions, features, and even naming conventions are a bit more complicated than they need to be. In the onboarding side, setting up onboarding event packets, tasks, or templates is a TOTAL PAIN. The process is cumbersome and you can't delete certain things once they're created. The builder for customizing onboarding tasks 100% needs some help and could be a lot more user friendly if Paylocity were to copy a builder-setup like SurveyMonkey.
