Rippling has been nothing short of amazing since leaving our PEO. From the credit cards, to I9s and HRIS.

Pros

I love the ease of use and integrations into other systems that I utilize such as Checkr, Lever and Carta. The payroll function is also very easy to use and the Rippling team is very helpful with answering questions and helping with any payroll issues.

Cons

I don't have any current downsides with Rippling.

Had to fix servers during open enrollment.

Pros

Generally easy to use. Logical interface.

Cons

Servers were down for 2 weeks during critical open enrollment period. Customer service is only provided to HR, leaving the employee-user with no assistance. No employee-user updates about the servers are were provided in the application
