SignWell is a cloud-based electronic signature software that provides businesses across all industries with the tools to capture legally binding eSignatures on documents. SignWell aims to help businesses reduce their document turnaround time, whilst ensuring that all documents are compliant with US and international electronic signature laws.
With SignWell, businesses can set up custom workflows in order to control who is responsible for signing documents and in which order. Sending order can be configured and each person receives an automatic notification when it is their turn to sign the document. Document templates can be created and saved within SignWell for specific use cases such as estimates, proposals, contracts, invoices, and more. Audit reports ensure that all document and signature changes can be tracked and accounted for, and all stakeholders can check the progress of a document in real time. Presentations and other documents can be shared online using SignWell and users can track whether or not their shared documents have been viewed by recipients.

Overall, we're very happy with the SignWell signing system. You can't find a better price point while still maintaining the same features.
Pros
Very easy to use and works seamlessly. We've tried 2 other signing systems now and love the workflow and how quickly it sends the signature request. One of our project management softwares offers built-in signature features, and we're thinking about switching those over to SignWell as well, as it's way easier to use.
Cons
We haven't found any issues; for what we use it for (sending clients contracts prior to projects), it works perfectly, and it's very easy to use.

Pros
Very easy to use. Beautiful interface. Just the essentials needed for signing and not a lot of fluff. The interface for building templates was precise. Good value being able to send unlimited docs on free account. The people I sent docs to didn't have any problems signing them.
Cons
That I didn't find it sooner! If I had to pick something (which apparently I do to leave a review here :), then I'd say it would be nice to be able to swap in a different base document more easily and retain all the fields in a template.

Google is great if you are a Google user and need something fast and easy. But it's a pain if the other party doesn't have a Google account, or doesn't know how to use it. And it's not very customizable for more complex documents.Switched From

So far I love it and it has made getting documents signed and received so much easier than it used to be with the physical papers.
Pros
The paperwork doesn't always make it home or even get taken out of the backpack, or parents forget to return them. This tool, and being able to send them digitally has made a world of difference in getting the paperwork back and in a timely manner! It is super user friendly and so easy to use! I have already gotten back signatures from parents within the first few weeks of using it. They were able to easily access the documents and sign them without any issues. I like that I can mark exactly what needs to be checked, signed, or dated. I wish I had known about SignWell a while ago!
Cons
My only con is the price. It is really reasonably priced but as someone who works in a school district, they are often not willing or able to pay for a subscription and that is not something I feel like I should have to pay for out of pocket, but if I did I would most definitely choose SignWell. I have been using the free version but I know I have a lot more paperwork each month that will need signing.

It was functional. That is about all the pro that I can come up with. I would have given zero stars if I could have.

Even though I consider myself "technologically challenged," I was able to set up my documents and start sending them for signature in just a few minutes. It was a pure joy to see how intuitive and smooth the process is, for me as for my clients.
SignWell has saved me significant time and energy, which are precious in my practice. It's a major asset for managing my contracts and consent forms. If you're looking for a powerful, stress-free e-signature solution, I recommend it 100%!

I appreciate most is the incredible Ease of Use and efficiency. I'm not very tech-savvy, but I was able to set up my whole process and send out documents in minutes. This simplicity directly translates to significant time and energy savings for my business, making SignWell an invaluable tool for Document Management and Contract Signing.
Cons
I would love to see a few more options for document organization within the dashboard. While the current system is clean, a future update with custom colors or more visual customization would be a nice bonus for users who manage a high volume of documents, but this is a very minor detail.
