Listings, client data, and follow-ups were kept at the forefront and up-to-date, project collaboration was improved with clear deadlines, and agents were able to rapidly re-prioritize and transfer, losing fewer opportunities and gaining greater client satisfaction.
Pros
Spreadsheet-like workspace keeps listings, contacts, deals, and follow-ups organized with detailed calendar and kanban views; real-time collaboration allows agents and assistants to see tasks, deals, and updates across unrelated properties and partner teams.
Cons
Advanced relational and reporting capabilities need precise configuration, and multi-user, high-volume implementations can bog down at scale or require additional permission management for secure deal tracking.

I have used Airtable in my various positions, for various tasks. When working at an animal shelter, I used it to keep track of lost and found pet reports and adoption inquiries. Personally, I use it to keep track of my tax lien purchases, and in my current job, it helps me keep my projects organized and me on task.
Pros
I am using the free version for project management, and I like the way is displays and tracks all my projects, and I can sort tasks by due day, status or project.
Cons
The free version does not let you use the timeline feature for tracking projects.
