What I really appreciate is how everything can live in one place...Tasks, comments, drafts, deadlines, and client notes. It makes it much easier to keep track of what’s done, what’s pending, and who’s responsible for what. For content planning, having different views (like Calendar, List, and Board) helps a lot when organizing campaigns and seeing the bigger picture. Managing many clients/locations of our business is challenging and the boards and timelines don't work easily. There was little to no support with set up and the customer service didn't seem to be the most responsive. Although it is fairly cheap, it shows in the quality.
