QuickBooks Time is an online time and labor management solution which allows users to track time from the desk or on the go, via a native iOS or Android mobile GPS-enabled app, text, dial in number and so much more with clock in and clock out punch card or manual timesheet flexibility.
It is designed for HR and IT decision-makers as well as employees clocking in and out every day. QuickBooks Time is the employee rated and requested time tracking system that allows owners and managers to keep track of everything, including employees, locations, notes, job codes, even paid time off, vacation and holiday hours in real-time.
Operators can report it all with data driven precision, running payroll, billing and invoices against time tracked. If desired, administrators can also often instantly synchronize timesheet data with their existing bookkeeping tools, even integrating with QuickBooks.

We have chosen QuickBooks time over another software we use to track out jobs because of the functionality and efficiency. We love how easy it is to review timecard and process payroll in one place.
Pros
For the most part this app is user friendly and our team has been able to pick up on it quickly. We like that there is map tracking and the autorecognition when they are close to a jobsite.
Cons
I wish there were more management settings for allowing employees to have certain functions. Sometimes when changing settings we feel as though they don't always update/change for the user.

What I like the most about QuickBooks Time is the fact that I can keep track of hour with ease of mind that it is done correctly.
Cons
The thing I liked the least about QuickBooks Time is all the authentication methods to log in but it is understandable because then I know my information is safe.

What I like most about QuickBooks Time is its ease of use & flexibility in tracking employee hours. Cons
