I hate technology but LOVE Blvd. I do consistently recommend this to practices and will continue to- far superior to any program available.
Pros
There is no single "perfect" platform, but BLVD is as close as it gets! Marketing, POS, online scheduling, patient communications, reports, and immediate access to customer support (real people!). The efficiency and simplicity of this user-friendly platform is truly worth it's weight in gold. BLVD also listens to their customers - open to improvements and making constant upgrades to their program.
Cons
There are 2 things I'd like to see: The automated text for review to stop after the patient leaves one. And I'd love for them to manage phones (as well as text)!

Boulevard is all about supporting salons and small businesses. They want to help you grow and be successful without the headache of a faulty booking system thats difficult for clients to navigate. I highly recommend them.
Pros
What I like most about Boulevard is that its easy to use for both clients and staff. The Boulevard staff is also great. I always get a quick response if I ever have a question. I also like that they have a resources page and blog. Clients love how seamless it is to schedule and reschedule their appointments. The team loves how easy it is to view their bookings, client profiles and product purchases.
Cons
I do not have anything negative to say about Boulevard. I have tried with many booking sites and nothing compares to Boulevard.

My experience with Boulevard was not good. Their hardware or materials did not work when I tried to charge clients. I had to resort to my old payment processing machine. The company does not have good methods of communication or do they communicate well. I recommend looking at other options. I would put zero stars if I could.
Pros
I did not like using the boulevard system as it was very complicating for me to use. Not friendly. Not applicable.
Cons
Boulevard's system gave me a lot of problems. I am very disappointment as the hardware stopped working and the system was not friendly to use. What was stated on my contract was a lie and I would not recommend using platform for your company.

I had quite a bit of help getting things set up and the training was good. If I ever need assistance I usually get help pretty quickly.
Pros
The forms and charts make charting easy for later. The checkout process is pretty seamless. The online booking is super convenient and easy for clients.
Cons
Being charges extra for any extra texts being sent. I feel like for the cost of this system, this should just be included into it without any additional charges.

Pros
It’s user friendly and includes everything we need to smoothly run our aesthetics practice. The transition from our old software was so easy!
Cons
It’s still being optimized which is actually great because as we find things the software could do better, the company improves it. I would like to see better cc processing rates. Also, e prescribing.
