Great experience for my SDR business

I started using it 6 years ago and still great to make cold calls for my SDR role. Calling 50 people per session.
Cons
Nothing to say, this is a great product which matches with my current business needs and my budget for the year.

Excellent. Ringover staff seem competant and engaged. Communication from them has ben good and enquiries and ticket management very good.
Pros
The integration with our CRM system improves productivity and quality of client service/information. When in a client record to be able to click and call saves time and the tracking of call activity in a client record and the launching of the client record on an inbound call is very useful. The cross platform/device integration means that when I am logged in the client can find me anywhere and on any device PC, Mobile, Fixed Handset and any VOIP connected device.
Cons
I dont really have a negative opinion for the product only sometimes on the Mobile app it needs to be closed and reopened.

Great reporting, but horrible quality call

Pros
it was very easy to set up, onboard he team and access the data the team was generaing.
Cons
We had a great testing experience, however 2 months in the contract, the quality of the calls dropped drastically. Calls would drop, people would not be able to hear the caller..it just made our process very very complex

My overall experience with Ringover has been very positive. It’s an intuitive and reliable tool for managing business calls. The integration with CRM tools and the ability to track call performance with detailed analytics made our team’s communication more efficient. It’s a great solution for remote teams and customer support.
Pros
Ringover is easy to use and very convenient for managing professional calls. I especially liked the call recording feature, the detailed analytics, and the smooth integration with CRM tools.
Cons
Sometimes the call quality drops when the internet connection is unstable. Also, some advanced features are only available in higher pricing plans.
