Zoho WorkDrive is a cloud-based file storage, sync, and collaboration solution for teams of any size. WorkDrive's Team Folders provides a secure shared workspace to help teams organize and manage all their files in a single place. WorkDrive offers other features including real-time notifications, document drafting, file sharing with configurable access controls, a smart desktop sync, file versioning, analytics, and much more. Native iOS and Android apps give users the flexibility to access and manage files on-the-go from their smartphone.
Zoho WorkDrive organizes and stores files in dedicated Team Folders for different projects, tasks, teams or departments. Team Folders can be made public or private and users can assign appropriate roles to members based on their function, to ensure that only permitted members can read, write or comment on files. All members of a Team Folder are notified immediately when changes are made to any of the files in that folder. The check-in/check-out feature prevents other team members from editing a file that a user wants to work on alone.
Zoho WorkDrive also enables users to provide feedback by leaving comments in context on a teammate’s work. The draft feature allows users to draft or create files in the Zoho Office Suite before publishing. Bulk upload functionality is designed to give users access to files as quickly as possible, while sorting tools and advanced search options allow users to keep everything in order and locate files quickly and easily. Additionally, Zoho WorkDrive supports preview of 160 file types, allowing users to view multiple different file formats.

Zoho WorkDrive has allowed us to store and manage all our files and documents in a centralized way, facilitating collaboration with our work team on various files and documents. Thanks to the security measures provided by Zoho WorkDrive, we can perform our daily tasks with total confidence and without having to worry about our information being breached, really the experience has been very encouraging and beneficial, also its almost seamless integration with other native tools that we use daily have allowed the experience to be even more positive.
Pros
Zoho Workdrive is an exceptional shared space that allows us to exchange files and documents of various formats easily, efficiently and securely. We use it mainly for cloud storage and management of our essential files and documents. In addition, it allows us to have our information well organized by creating and classifying specific folders, thus helping us to find them easily. Zoho Workdrive facilitates collaborative file editing with our team and benefits us when working on projects involving many people. Creating files from scratch is also effortless with Zoho Workdrive. We are provided with adequate storage space and all the necessary security to store our vital information with complete peace of mind. Personally, I find the Android mobile app great for its simplicity, and I feel very comfortable using it; we have been using Zoho Workdrive for several years now, and it has become an important tool for team collaboration. In addition, I like its great integration with other native Zoho tools, such as Sheet, Writer among others.
Cons
The only aspect that I don't like about Zoho Workdrive and that causes me great impatience is the moment I try to download large files. The process tends to be very slow and often takes a long time. In most cases, this creates many inconveniences, such as the file not downloading at all or the process stalling halfway and not completing, forcing me to repeat the attempt. In the worst case, the tool may even crash.

Overall, I would say that this is better than the competition, especially many featureful settings available at a click. I would definitely use in future in a professional like of work, but under my current circumstances, I feel like the free 5GB is a bit too low for my use.
Pros
The UI is much simpler, and it's very easy to navigate within the website with all required settings easily accessible. We don't have to delve into settings to share the files publicly, the options are directly available with a click. I also really like that is shows a percentage bar for our file upload information.
Cons
I feel like 5GB capacity for free users is a bit low at this moment. Currently as a student, I tend to opt for free trials or free alternatives to work with my projects. I feel like it would be more useful to me in future as a professional worker.

I liked the fact that with Zoho I was able to work with someone in a different country and time zone and stay organized

I was on the end where I didn't have much control of Zoho it was used as a middle meeting for me and my account rep.

Very cost effective as part of Zoho One Suite, provides all the same functionality and security as the major players in cloud storage and connects easily with other software.
Cons
No real issues with this software, phone app maybe could be more functional but does all the essentials
