Google Workspace

GW is a great solution for every company. With GW users can work from everywhere and from multiple machines by easily collaborating on files.
It is a great tool to streamline work.

It is still not considered as professional as alternatives provided by Microsoft which offer way more customisations.

I've been using the product (even though the name has changed) for about ten years. The different functions are readily available on sidebars or in menus and are easy to find and consistent, as to their placement and descriptive icons. Now, as I discover new ways to use different features, it makes noticeable improvements in my productivity, particularly, in being able to control exactly, how my email works, as far as organization, placement, specific filters, etc.

It would be nice if the archiving function worked differently. If we could sort by several parameters and move all of the results to a specific archive folder, that would not be part of the original email account.

What I like most about Google Workspace is how intuitive and user-friendly it is, making the transition from Microsoft Office to Google Docs and Google Sheets incredibly smooth. The integration with Google Drive is outstanding, allowing all my files to be easily accessible and shareable across the platform. I also appreciate the AI assistance in Google Sheets, which streamlines data handling and analysis. The ability to sync everything with Google Calendar and collaborate in real-time with colleagues is a significant advantage, enhancing productivity and teamwork.

The downside is that sometimes there are formatting issues when importing files from other platforms, which can be a bit frustrating. Additionally, the customization options for headers, footers, and some document settings are somewhat limited compared to other software. These are minor issues, though, considering the overall functionality.

The implementation of Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides has revolutionized the way my team collaborates on projects, particularly when collaborating with numerous stakeholders. This capability substantially improves productivity by enabling us to track changes, maintain version control, and edit documents in real-time.
The cloud-based access and intuitive interface of Google Workspace enable my team to work from any location, thereby facilitating remote collaboration that is equally effective as in-person collaboration.

Although the platform provides exceptional collaboration tools, the inability to customize specific features to more closely align with our branding requirements, such as branded document layouts or customized email templates, was a source of frustration.
