I don't have anything against the staff, but this problem has persisted for far too long to be acceptable. I have very important files that are not being synchronized that I could lose forever if the app does not start doing what it's supposed to. Unfortunately I should not have to rely on other methods of storage when I am paying upwards of $120CAD per year for this service that should have this taken care of. > > It was good at first - I had no problems using Windows as an OS, but as soon as I switched over to Mac, the app cannot function properly.
