I like the feature where you can click to see previous values instead of having to leave chart to look at previous chart
Cons
Some parts don’t have other as an option to elaborate. When there is not an option under a certain topic.

Make sure to check out the 360 reporting page for a huge range of EMR reports. Each of our modules has their own specific section for reports as well as custom query capabilities.
While we don't yet have real-time analytics it is in our road map and we work with a number of 3rd party analytics products.

Hospice tools for me has been very easy to grasp. I’m a quick learner, and learn by doing. Hospice tools has the ability for second signer which is a great tool to prevent and learn from mistakes.
Pros
It’s easy to learn for those who are tech savvy. It prompts you through tasks and has drop down options. It lets you know when you make mistakes.
Cons
Its easy to make small mistakes, as the fonts are super small. There are times when you are required to enter selections when you don’t necessarily need to for your assessment

Re: font size - that's a function of your screen and device settings which can be managed in settings.
Any required fields in our system or documentation are required fields because either CMS or your organization requires them.

Hospice tools is easy to navigate and learn. It is hands down one of the best systems I have ever used for a job.
Pros
I like that Hospice Tools is easy to navigate. I enjoy how organized It is and you are able to assign and separate your patient's from other team members. It is easy to upload documents, such as advanced directives, which makes my job easier.
Cons
There is nothing I dislike about Hospice Tools. However, I think a neat suggestion would be getting notified when a care plan update is due.
