> **Pros**: Qualis has high-level customer service, competitive pricing, ultimate flexibility of having multiple sources/vendors of DME without having to negotiate or track each vendors inventory, invoicing, quality, etc. have lead to better client outcomes and relationships with community partners (like Skilled Living Facilities) who may have restrictions on which equipment companies they use.

> **Cons**: We have Qualis integrated to our EMR (Suncoast Solutions) and unfortunately that integration is pretty basics (like patient demographics only).  It would be so much more helpful if that could be expanded to include the details of the equipment the patient has but that is a limitation that Suncoast has put in place (not Qualis).

> I have worked with A LOT of vendors (past and present).  I rank Qualis \#1 or \#2 of all the experiences I’ve had.  There is not a more collaborative organization that appears to care about our mission as much as we do.
