Talentum by Arca24 is a complete HR software, developed to acquire, manage and optimise the workforce, available in 6 languages: ATS based on cross languages AI precisely designed for the HR sector with a semantic engine that matchs job ads and CVs + Onboarding software for the management of personal data, roles and skills + Performance management system for the definition of reward systems, career plans, training and behavioral gaps.

Talentum is an Applicant Ranking System (the new and updated version of a traditional ATS) available in 6 languages.
The ARS is based on Artificial Intelligence specifically designed for the HR sector and is able to read both the CVs and the job advertisement and to provide you with an automated matching and ranking of candidates aligned with your search.
An integrated multiposting tool, a web platform for automated video interviews, tests for assessing both hard and soft skills, over 50 selection filters, a reporting tool and an integrated agenda are included into your recruiting software.

In Applicant Tracking System you can: create a new job ad, easily spread the job ads on recruiting platforms and social networks with just a few click, use a set of filters that allows you to ease the ranking and the candidates’ shortlist, ranks both directly applied and matching candidates (candidates matching with the search).
It also offers a Candidate’s profile, which allows you to upload documents, send automated requests, get in touch with the candidate (email, SMS and live chat), save assessments, plan and track activities and share information with colleagues.
When you move candidates to the step “Interview” you can send them:
- Written questionnaires and killer questions (you can send an automated request asking candidates to answer a multiple-choice questionnaire aimed at assessing technical skills or requirements to speed up the selection process.)
- Tests to asses hard and soft skills: you can send an automated request asking candidates to reply to test in order to assess their soft and hard skills.
- Automated video interviews’ requests: you can send an automated request with a single click asking candidates to introduce themselves with a video presentation. All video CVs and video interviews are saved into the candidate’s profile.

ATS features:
- Assessment: it is possible to assess the candidate directly into a dedicated section of his/her profile and to keep it saved. Together with the evaluation form, you can also insert additional pre-set assessment forms, which can be filled in by different types of evaluators.
- Share: it is possible to add a professional and personal evaluation as well as to share candidates’ profiles thanks to the “Share” function. The system allows you to share the candidate’s profile even with people outside the organisation. The system keeps track of all sharing and related feedbacks.

Hire:
Within the step "Selection", it is possible to recruit. By clicking on the related symbol, the candidate’s status will automatically change to "hired". Into the tab "Contracts", you can review and manage the contracts linked to the profil

Talentum includes an Onboarding System to define the company organisation chart, roles, competencies and expected employee behaviours.

Talentum offers a Performance Management Module allows the collection of continuous feedback for more accurate evaluation. Four different evaluation events provide a 360-degree view: hierarchical evaluation, horizontal evaluation per project (no hierarchical link), self-assessment and surveys to get a picture of personal and departmental work sentiment.
The module includes also Digital Assessment Tools as video recruiting system, psychological tests, language proficiency tests and professional tests based on adaptive technology.
