Pros
Easy to use, works well with payment processers, integrates well with APICS Corporate to pull in member information in a timely manner
Cons
The Lite version has limited functionality. Help documents do not apply as they are written for other non-Lite versions. Spend way too much time trying to find some parts for updating the site.

Acceptable functionality. Favorite part is the email functionality and event registration. Lots of training videos if you know what to look for.
Cons
Onboarding and training. Comes with no training except for videos. For 1-1 trainings you need to reach out to StarChapter.

StarChapter is Great for Organizations!

Pros
StarChapter is great for organizations because it allows them to keep everything in one place: their website, communications, members/contacts, events, registration, and even the ability to take payments.
Cons
StarChapter can be a little cumbersome to learn how things are interconnected, but once you get the hang of it, you're golden. The Knowlegebase is a great resource too when you're stuck on something you can't figure out how to do!
