Overall it's been very positive. The Customer Support team are easy to contact and very responsive. I see features in the product that I submitted as feature requests. Our engagement from staff has exceeded all expectations, which I think says it all.
Pros
Vevox's intuitiveness and flexibility has made onboarding staff a breeze. We don't get a lot of support requests about Vevox, and students like the interactive sessions they are taking part in.
Cons
The only real negative is that the PowerPoint integration lags behind the dashboard for new features, which can occasionally cause confusion, and we have had a few issues with the integration that are at the Microsoft 365 end but end users perceive as Vevox not working as they expect.

I am very happy with the use of Vevox, for the reasons indicated above. Students really like the opportunity to do quizzes during the lectures and constantly give me good feedback about it.
Pros
The chance to engage the full class with quizzes, to recap content of the lectures and test students' understanding.
Cons
The integration with power-point was not the best, but I understand that there are new updates which will improve this aspect.

Pros
Ease of adding to MS Teams, how it enables us to increase fun and interaction in meetings and events.
Cons
How only license holders can run quizzes. If it was possible for license holders to create a quiz and someone else run it without the license holder having to be there, that would be great.

As a church, we have found Vevox very helpful for congregation engagement and participation in messages as well as during special events for Q&A sessions where people can submit and vote for questions to be answered.
Pros
I love the ease of use for setting up Vevox as well as easy use for participants; especially love the feature of being able to have people 'vote' for questions to be answered in a Q&A setting.
Cons
It is difficult to find something; if anything, some of the customization of graphics could use some tweaking but it's minor.
