The simplest expense management app and process i've ever used. it's excellent, and very simple and ... saves a lot of time and energy.
Cons
honestly, no complaints. The convenience of you phone is there in the app, and it syncs with you online / PC no problems at all ... maybe, sometimes the auto recognition doesn't always pick everything up and you need to edit some of it manually ... ??? not that bad at all.

Pros
It was not as user friendly as other expense report applications and many that used it with the company, had to have extra training to be able to input the basics.
Cons
Difficult to work with for a 1st time user. It was often slow in responding to items that were manually inputted.

Excellent, I have had little to no need to request support. Which is one of the best indicators and why expense management for us is quick and easy.
Pros
Powerful and easy to use, I am able to quickly and accurately complete expense reporting for myself and my company.
Cons
Initial setup with Quickbooks was complicated and took time to ensure it was correct. Once established it was truly set it and forget it.

I have nothing bad to say about Expensify. I've used it for a variety of expenses but my typical use is for travel/transportation costs and I have approvals every week - it's so quick and easy I barely have to think about it.
Pros
Extremely simple to use and intuitive. Clean user interface. I approve travel expenses weekly and its so quick and easy I barely have to think about it.
Cons
I genuinely can't think of anything. The biggest complaints I've heard from my team were just down to the selections available in drop-downs and those aren't an expensify issue but rather a config issue.
