The autoscan feature, email‑to‑receipt forwarding, and automatic creation of expenses from receipts significantly reduce data entry and the risk of human error. Corporate card feeds and automatic matching of transactions to receipts further streamline reconciliation and give finance better visibility over spend. From an admin perspective, configuration is reasonably straightforward, and the system is flexible enough to support different expense categories, projects, and approval flows without becoming overly complex.
