We are a relationship-driven business, and our experience with Aqore has been fantastic—thanks entirely to the people. Their engagement and support have made all the difference, and we continue to appreciate the partnership.
Pros
The people make the difference. The implementation and support teams have been fantastic to work with. The platform features a modern UI that our consultants appreciate, and its current functionality is excellent. However, the best part is their openness to new ideas and commitment to implementing them to support their clients' success. As the platform continues to grow rapidly, we’re excited to be part of its journey.
Cons
Many integrations work seamlessly, though some could be improved, and there are others we'd love to see added. We're also excited about the upcoming tax-related enhancements on the roadmap, as they could eliminate the need for an outside service. The reporting module is robust, but there are things that we'd like to do that simply aren't yet possible. Our team-based approached is different than most staffing firms, so making the software work for us in this way presents a challenge.

Pros
Great support through our transition and continued support as we set up processes with the new software.
Cons
Initially, there was a communication barrier with tech support; it has improved over time though.
We have also had some issues with reporting, Afew of the reports have not met our needs but custom reports have been able to solve the issue with the exception of a couple of areas.

My overall experience with Aqore has been exceptional. Through various industry forums and conversations with colleagues at conferences, it’s clear that Aqore adds significant value to our business. They treat us as more than just a customer, taking the time to explain issues, provide resolutions, and implement quick fixes that previously took weeks or even months with other ATS platforms. One of AQORE/Zenople's standout features is their unparalleled customer service. Their responsive and knowledgeable team goes above and beyond to address any queries or concerns promptly, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Cons
Reporting still is a struggle for me. I could use a few more options in reports.

Pros
I appreciate Aqore's dedication to continually improving and providing positive updates for their clients. Our previous ATS lacked responsiveness to client feedback.
The support team at Aqore is excellent and proactive.
The ability to customize workflows was a major factor in our decision to switch from our previous ATS.
Oh, and the transition from our previous ATS to Aqore was stellar. A++
Cons
The enhanced search functionality feels somewhat clunky. It would be beneficial to have more searchable fields within this feature.
The lack of automation is a drawback. It would be advantageous if the ATS included built-in automation features similar to those offered by Sense.
Lastly, we've noticed that several of features get "reset" whenever a major update happens.
