Pros
We previously used Excel sheets for revenue recognition, and although it worked, it wasn’t the most efficient method. We faced frequent manual errors, but Zenskar helped us resolve that issue. Plus, it also automated our billing process.
Cons
We encountered a few challenges during the setup process, but their customer service team ensured everything went as smoothly as possible.

Really impressive how both our rev-rec and billing has been streamlined since we adapted to Zenskar for both usage-based and subscription pricing models. We are now able to cut the manual patchwork and focus on our financial ops!

Zenskar has greatly simplified our complex billing processes, particularly in managing both usage-based pricing and recurring subscriptions. It’s been essential as we scale, providing automated and error-free billing.
Pros
We wanted to automate billing for our hybrid pricing model (prepaid subscriptions + postpaid overages), which we previously managed manually as no other tools could automate it effectively.
Zenskar set up our pricing model on the platform and automated the entire billing process. The no-code pricing builder is incredibly user-friendly, allowing us to modify contracts and billing schedules without needing to rely on engineers.
Cons
We haven't encountered any major issues with the platform. One of the highlights is Zenskar’s support team, who resolved all our queries via Slack, Zoom, and email.
