My overall experience with PayPal has been positive. It’s a reliable and widely accepted platform for online payments, though occasional fees and account holds can be a drawback for frequent users.

Pros

I like PayPal’s convenience and wide acceptance. It offers secure transactions, quick payments, and seamless integration with many online stores, making it easy to manage finances globally.

Cons

PayPal’s fees for certain transactions can be high, especially for international transfers. Additionally, account holds or disputes can be frustrating and take time to resolve.

Mostly good. Any time I’ve had to get in touch with customer service they have been able to answer any questions I’ve had or rectify any issues I was facing.

Pros

It’s widely accepted by most every retailer, app, website or private person needing to make a transaction for whatever reason. It’s easy to get started and they don’t charge you for an account.

Cons

Sometimes waiting on a transaction to clear can be a pain but this doesn’t happen very often

It’s straightforward to use, widely accepted, and lets you process transactions quickly while keeping track of everything

Cons

Having your funds frozen out of nowhere is frustrating, especially when it’s hard to get clear answers. The fees can add up too, and their customer support isn’t always easy to reach when you need them

Overall, PayPal is easy to set-up, and can be used over a multitude of distribution channels, on websites, phone apps, in e-mail campaigns, and in person, too. The functionality is intuitive, and PayPal requires minimal orientation/training for people to use. I highly recommend it.

Pros

There are a number of ways that an organization can use PayPal, from using it as a tool to collect money for a specific purpose, to being able to collect money on site in a retail sale, to fundraising and soliciting donations for an organization, etc. It's varied, versatile, and easy-to-use.

Cons

The back-end reporting that PayPal offers has improved, but it could be improved a bit further, helping an organization know more about who is interacting with it, etc.

My overall experience is quit good with PayPal. I've been using them for 20 years. They have been number one go to for sending and receiving money before Cashapp and Venmo were ever around. I still use PayPal for online sales and big transactions because to me they are the most reliable and easy to access past payments received and sent, very organized. One of my favorite things is being able to send professional invoices to clients.

Pros

I like how PayPal creates an easy user experience.

Cons

What I like least about PayPal is the high transaction fee and per transaction fee for sending and receiving.
