My overall experience has been very positive. Buildout helps us provide value to prospects by keeping them connected to listings that match their interests. It strengthens relationships and keeps leads engaged with polished, branded outreach.
Pros
I like how strong and user-friendly the prospecting tools are for finding and engaging potential clients. The to-do list is also a great feature - it helps me maintain consistent outreach and stay top-of-mind with my leads.
Cons
One suggestion would be enabling Google Calendar integration. Being able to sync tasks and reminders would make staying organized even easier.

Buildout was implemented into the company prior to me coming on board. Having it in place made understanding my job easier and helped the transition into the Real Estate marketing world a lot simpler
Pros
Buildout has simplified our office workflow by integrating all of our marketing needs into one easy to use platform.
Cons
The lack of flexibility to customize our marketing materials on an as-needed basis. The document editor is a little clunky.

Very good, support staff is amazing and always personable and helpful. I use it all day every day and it mostly suits our needs.
Pros
The ability to produce all our documents, connect our listings to our website and track all of our transactions/broker payments in the system.
Cons
There is no draft option when editing an existing listing's documents. No live customer service which is only open during one time zone working hours (and not mine!).

This is a very powerful tool for brokers without a lot of staff.

Pros
I love the ease of being able to plug in your data and have beautiful brochures ready in a short amount of time. The fact that o no longer need a marketing staff member create the flyer saves me time and money.
The reporting feature are far better than any we have evaluated. Being able to forecast revenue and still down to the agent level makes decision making so much easier. It also lets me know which agent are doing their job and which ones need some help.
Cons
The time to set up the company specific fields was not ideal. The CRM comes with out of the box fields created for CRE, it didn’t take into account the specialized fields required for a large land deal.
There are also some difficulties with images and how they are downsized and cropped in a flyer. And there needs to be some improvement in the mapping tool.
