Offered increased visibility within client systems networks
Reviewed on 2025-04-11
Pros
I liked that OpManager MSP has features that allow separating and tracking numerous client networks with the data or genuine alerts without confusion. One area that is a considerable benefit is its ability to isolate the infrastructure per tenant, but with centralization.
Cons
One problem I have is that sometimes delay in SNMP trap-based alerting is an issue I have. Most noticeably, when it checked custom hardware in the system, it takes just a little bit longer than what I would expect to display device state changes.

Allows me to further investigate particular switch ports
Reviewed on 2025-04-10
Pros
With the help of OpManager MSP, I can set an uptime goal and get the information about deviations in real time, as well as give historical information during reviews. The clients are now able to see the quality of the services delivered closely, and I do not spend much time discussing outages.
Cons
When a device is associated with many other devices, the structure of the network map may lack comprehensive presentation. Interface connectivity is not always clear in some routers or switches especially when designing circuits and layouts.
