Affordability and organization, I love that everything is all in one place and accessible to who ever needs it
Cons
Would be nice to have an Ap for a tablet or phone. Although I realize that isn't an option, it would still be nice to have

Pros
Workhub is an amazing system that makes safety data management streamlined and seamless. It is always improving and growing with the industry. The customer service is way over and above any I have ever encountered.
Cons
Workhub doesn't have a statistics-tracking component which would be VERY helpful.

Horrible, we couldn't get ourselves and our clients away from this system fast enough.

Pros
There were no pros to this system, other than the minimal monthly fee for users.
Cons
Nothing about this system was effective. The customer service/support was laughable, we went through multiple account representatives that were unprofessional and sporadic. The reporting/features were amateur and the list of "bugs" within the system became so long it was impossible to keep up with the issues.

Pros
Ease of use as an admin. Leo is an excellent support and willing to provide assistance whenever needed
Cons
Uploading data. This process take a long time with multiple employees. Trying to get employees to load info can be quite tedious

We LOVE this platform - can't say enough good things about it.

Pros
We love that we can maintain crew certificates, assign and track compliance and monitor progress of those items assigned. We also love how easy it was to transition our low-tech crews to this platform. Customer service is absolutely top notch! We have eliminated a $6000 annual program that only did a fraction of what WorkHub can do. We also love the rewards program.
Cons
The custom documents could use some improvement but we've submitted our suggestions through the WorkHub feedback tool and love that we can see, and vote, on all other suggested upgrades
