Pros
It has improved every part of our operations . Saved huge amounts of time resulting in one less member of staff so financial savings enormous. Everything is one place and our service to clients is improved . Also the team are very responsive , Act on suggestions and the platform
Gets stronger and more innovative every month .
Cons
In the early days there were a few quite clunky areas but these have all been resolved . There were also some
Glitches but again all resolved now .

Pros
Hostology has made our event organisation more streamlined and cost efficient. It is easy to use and great value. The customer support is also exceptional.
Cons
No real cons. Obviously there is nervousness when starting with a new platform and transitioning to new ways of working but our team has found Hostology's interface very straight-forward.

Poor - advice don’t pay for rooms and accommodation until 72 hours before the event when you know you can attend as otherwise your money will be lost
Pros
Difficult site to navigate, not suitable for multiple generations, lumpy and unclear , no easy contact available
Cons
No refund policy or ease of contact if guest circumstances change due to illness. Again no easy contact information messages left and emails go unanswered

Dear Reviewer, it seems that your complaint refers to the Venue where you were invited to book a room, presumably for an event or wedding? Whilst we are sorry that you felt their customer service was not up to scratch, please note that we are a white-label booking platform, used by many different venues, and not responsible for the support a specific venue offer their guests. Regarding refund policies, each venue clearly states their terms and conditions of booking during the check out process, again
this is not something that we are responsible for. If you would like to share the venue name we can ensure that your feedback is received and check that their documentation is up to date.

Pros
A really good system for venues / couples and their guests. Easy to use and good customer service as we move from moving from spread sheet to on line system. The customer service has been great and really responsive to suggestions / changes to make this even more user friendly.
Cons
Cost to guests for payments eg: accommodation BUT they have now enabled us to charge this direct to the couple vs the invitee. And also increased the ways to pay eg: BACS but high costs on these transactions.
