About ClickLearn
ClickLearn is a Digital Adoption Platform that captures work processes in enterprise software and transforms them into comprehensive training materials. The platform automatically produces learning content in seven distinct formats including Word, PDF, PowerPoint, interactive videos, virtual assistant, eLearning portal, and on-screen guidance. These materials can be automatically translated into more than forty-five languages, enabling organizations to support global implementations and diverse workforces. The system maintains documentation currency through automatic updates, eliminating the need for manual revisions when software interfaces change.
The platform functions across multiple software environments, integrating with major enterprise systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, IFS, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, and Acumatica. ClickLearn records documentation across platforms with its Windows and Web Apps connectors, covering approximately ninety percent of all Windows and web-based applications regardless of customization level. Users create documentation by simply clicking through a process, which the system then converts into step-by-step instructions. This approach significantly reduces the time and resources traditionally required for creating and maintaining training materials.
ClickLearn addresses the critical challenge of user adoption in software implementations through its User Experience Panel, which makes training materials and organizational knowledge available directly within business applications. This in-the-moment learning approach allows employees to access help without leaving their work environment, minimizing disruptions and increasing productivity. The digital companion provides real-time assistance across all software platforms that employees use daily, supporting various use cases including software adoption, digital transformation, training and onboarding, process documentation, change management, cloud migration, compliance, and global rollouts.
The platform serves multiple organizational roles including management professionals driving digital transformation projects, developers and solution architects implementing enterprise systems, and training specialists creating learning experiences for end-users. By automating the creation, translation, and maintenance of training materials, ClickLearn enables organizations to overcome the traditional hurdles of documentation and training that often contribute to implementation failures. The system delivers a cost-effective solution for creating professional documentation while allowing technical teams to focus on implementation success rather than documentation tasks.

It's been great using ClickLearn to create End-user documentation as well as Training guides at a much quicker rate.
Pros
Ease of Use, and functionality. I like the idea of deploying the Virtual assistant but I haven't been able to successfully deploy the Virtual Assistant as yet. I will with the right guidance though.
Cons
The difficulty in Producing Content on the new CLickLearn Attain. It took me nearly 5 hours to Produce content and I was unsuccessful in Producing the content.

Thanks to the guides we no longer have to sit through those boring Zoom training sessions, they’ll just sit there in the app. So now I’m drinking cold coffee but at least the tool reveals where users trip up. The new hires are picking up the software better than they were before.
Pros
The cost is actually reasonable and does not feel completely like a scam. They provide analytics as to whether users click on the buttons or simply are lazy. It’s ok, I guess.
Cons
Cohort data takes around 8 hours to show up and that is totally unacceptable. I hate the manual CSS selectors because I always find an element captue failure.
Response from ClickLearn
Thank you, Brion, for your honest and detailed feedback. We’re glad to hear that ClickLearn has reduced the need for live training and helped new hires ramp up faster, while providing useful insights into where users struggle.
We appreciate your comments on cohort data delays and CSS selector reliability - these are important areas we are actively working to improve. Your perspective is valuable, and we thank you for choosing ClickLearn and sharing your experience.

I support our continuation with CL, as I've now worked out or gotten used to any of the kinks I've encountered.
Pros
When using in a 'perfect' environment, the ClickLearn software is unmatched.
Cons
Everything else on the computer needs to be shut down, and a connector must be installed for seamless recording. Creating templates is not a functional as it is in CL Classic.
Response from ClickLearn
Thank you for your review Barb! And thank you for your feedback. We are continuously working to improve ClickLearn Attain and we are very interested in your input. I hope that you'll soon find creating templates easier. Thanks again.

Centralized solution for content creation and distribution
Reviewed on 2025-04-21
Pros
The convenience of using ClickLearn to generate the same training all around the offices in our company has been quite helpful. It has been possible to ensure that we standardize the training programs offered to various teams through the help of the mentioned platform features.
Cons
It was less effective when dealing with massive projects with a massive content volume; this made publication of materials to take long. We had to categorize projects so as to regulate performance or performance.

Gave an extensive method for effective integration of learning.

Pros
ClickLearn is truly the easiest software to try to build training content with. I find this task approach of clicking through tasks to get training materials and e-learning developed for me quite effective as it saves me a lot of time while providing good quality work
Cons
That is why one of the problems I faced while using ClickLearn is that it poorly copes with the complex workflows or systems. Some movements are not captured clearly which results to some missing links in the training material that is produced.
Response from ClickLearn
Hi Jhonny,
Thank you for the great feedback! We're glad ClickLearn has made it easier to create training content quickly and effectively. 💪
