> **Pros**: I found Hyperproof overall easy to utilize especially as a non IT professional. I was supporting the IT team based on HR specifics and they were able to easily tag me in tasks I needed to work on and documentation they needed.

> **Cons**: I don't have a ton of cons. I did find the learning curve to be a tiny bit steep and sometimes it seemed more complex than I needed but I figure that is because my role is small in the overall project. This was not a major issue.

> **Pros**: I like how all of the documentation that I need for my engagements is in one centralized location. I also like that you can update the status and communicated with the client via Hyperproof.

The status permissions for some of my engagements were not set correctly and I wish that we could change the status from something else after we approve it. As it stands now once you approve you can't go back.
