I would suggest the vendor management model and risk assessment functionality to have more advanced features and automatons.

I wish reports and dashboards were more customizable. This would allow more effective reporting closer t the hyperproof tool. Right now I export info and create my own visuals.

I really liked the control mapping features. I have not come across a tool that gives you the ability to map controls to webtrust criteria.
