Wir können sehr schnell und intuitiv Angebote erstellen, personalisiert versenden und das ganz einfach aus unserem hubsport CRM heraus. Wir sparen uns damit massiv Zeit und die der Vertriebsprozess wird einfacher (kein Anhang-Paletten mehr, keine Probleme bei der Nachverfolgung)

Cons

haeppie kann dich benachrichtigen, wenn ein Sales-Space von unserem Kunden geöffnet wurde. Ich würde das gerne mit meinem Teams-Channel verknüpfen und nicht nur per Email.

Die Analytics sind noch nicht so tiefgreifend. Hier würden wir gerne mehr Infos haben, die auch direkt in Hubspot zurückgespielt werden.

Pros

Mit nur einem Link können mehrere Dokumente an Kunden geschickt werden. Der Vorteil ist, dass die Dokumente nicht in den Outlook Mails versinken und man innerhalb des Sales Prozesses alles an einem Ort - seinem Space - hat. Integrierte Analytics, Benachrichtigungen und Kommentarfunktionen machen die neuartige Sales Experience rund.

Cons

Die Analytics können noch weiter ausgebaut werden, sodass man möglichst viele relevante Informationen zu den verschickten Dokumenten erhält. Generell bin ich sehr zufrieden mit haeppie.
