Pros
We have numerous restaurants that are located in other cities: we can easily, quickly and seamlessly upload photos, images and videos remotely. We can also create custom playlists for specific events.
Cons
I wish the most recent photos appeared at the beginning of the random playlists. But no other issues.

Making sure our employees always have access to the latest bulletin used to be a challenge, especially when I had to use AirPlay from my photos to the office Apple TV. Now, I can handle everything directly from my computer, and the bulletin is sent straight to our TV, which has made the process much easier. It has been a game changer in our office.
Pros
I really appreciate the creative templates available on the site, as well as the option to design my own. Setting up our TV was a quick and easy process, which was especially important during the busy holiday season. Now, it plays content in our office every day. The Optisigns team also checks in to make sure everything is running smoothly, which I find helpful.
Cons
There isn't a way to format slideshow pictures, and I wish all the images would automatically fit the screen when I start a slideshow. It would also be helpful to have the option to crop each image individually so they fit the available space better.

We also appreciate your feedback around slideshow formatting, image editing. If the slideshow doesn’t fill the screen, you can apply Fit / Stretch / Zoom by adding the slideshow/ assets to a Playlist, setting the Playlist’s display option, and then assigning that playlist to your screen or schedule.

Overall, I'd say my experience is neutral. The product works well, but we've invested more than I would have liked in buying twice the number of equipment needed.
Pros
Easy to manage from the admin side, solved a problem for us and allowed us to share our digital signage in variety of locations with little trouble.
Cons
I didn't love the software requirements changing, we purchased firesticks for this program and then the firesticks stopped being compatible, forcing us to buy the optisigns stick instead.

OptiSigns has been by far the easiest product for me to pickup on quickly. The layout of the system is generally easy to navigate and understand. I have my own personal challenge but I am getting better each day.
Pros
OptiSigns has given me the ability to showcase client reviews, team members, rentals and homes for sale. We are moving into a new space and have street level windows now, so we were excited to be able
to showcase these items to the public as they stroll the sidewalk. It was easy to setup, easy to implement, and easy to integrate our social media accounts and Canva accounts.
Cons
My only struggle with OptiSigns is maintaining the order in which assets display onscreen. It get's alittle confusing for me because I don't want to flood the order in which assets display with all team members or homes, so I have to work on that. I'm sure I'll get better!

Overall, we have been extremely happy with OptiSigns for all our digital signage needs. Setup was a breeze. The web designer is also very easy to learn for our staff. Highly recommend.
Pros
I like how easy it is to create slides from the vast collection of templates. I also like the widgets for time, date, and weather that I can add to any image.
Cons
With displays of different sizes and resolutions, it's sometimes difficult to get the output resolution of OptiSigns to match that of the display.

In general, we recommend designing/uploading content to match each screen’s native resolution/aspect ratio (common TV resolutions are 1920×1080 or 3840×2160). If the content doesn’t match perfectly, you can use Fit / Stretch / Zoom (available in Playlist options) to control how content fills the screen.
