> **Pros**: Ease of clocking in and out and ease of use. The ability for staff to clock in and out is very easy. They can clock in with an app, time clock by finger print or desktop computer.

> **Cons**: Time is set on the 100 instead of quarters or 60 minute overall figuring. When employees clock in and out the time is to 100's for example of 8.89. It would be easier for staff to figure their total time worked.

> I work as a Director with using UKG ready and it is easy to get payroll completed. I would like for the payroll to be able to set my payroll to pending approval when it is due instead of current view only and then going back to timesheets that are ended.
