> **Cons**: It could be due to the organization not having enough UKG Ready add-ons, but I felt that integration was very poor with the regular version of UKG. The information transfer made no sense to me and I found it made some work difficult.

> I had a lot of success using UKG Ready during the onboarding process, as I had a high volume of hires while utilize the program. Most of my troubles with UKG came form editing/changing employee information after hire.
