> **Cons**: No customer service. No human beings to interact with whatsoever. You get a buggy and broken platform to work with and access to a chat bot and handful of "training videos". Good luck.

> Their sales team is likely 25 times the size of their customer support team, and it shows. There is no human interaction when it comes to asking them for help, which is very common due to their broken interface.
