Pros
Support for multimedia content, tests, quizzes, and certifications are just some of the features that make course creation and administration simple with this platform. Video, SCORM, PowerPoint, and other course materials are all supported.
Cons
Practically everything serves its intended purpose, and I've had no trouble doing what I set out to do. Using it on a bigger scale can present some difficulties, but the administration tools have been straightforward so far.

Pros
Very simple, easy to use and straightforward platform. The branches feature is great. I love that the platform doesn't require any more than the bare minimum details for user creation, which is very helpful in the recent era of privacy concerns over data breaches with large companies.
Cons
A few missing features such as automatic course reassignment based on an annual cycle.

We have felt duped by the sales people at TalentLMS. Our account manager is unhelpful and unengaged....
We have felt duped by the sales people at TalentLMS. Our account manager is unhelpful and unengaged. We are disappointed that we cannot create true learning paths and curricula for certain learners and groups. The platform is clunky. Reporting is a disaster and requires exporting to Excel or Google Sheets and hours of manual work to generate useful analytics.
Pros
The people we have worked there with have been friendly. Support is responsive.
Cons
For implementation and setup, you are largely on your own. You can open tix w support but they will not get on a live call with you. You will be directed to their webinars/knowledge base to solve your own issues. The platform UX for admins and users is poorly done. Limited features. Difficult to manage courses and users. Sales was not honest with us - overpromised to get our sale.

TalentLMS does not have curricula, but if this is a feature that is important to you, you may find eFront to better suit your needs.

Currently a new version of TalentLMS is in the works. TalentLMS+ Beta has a revamped UI and generative AI features, and you can already switch to this version from your admin portal.

Very POOR. I am now forced to make time in a busy schedule to find a suitable replacement. When a customer requests a refund because of an issue that TalentLMS refuses to correct, an issue that has now been reported 3 times over the last month, it's time to find another partner. I look forward to contributing to the success of one of their competitors.
Pros
The price to get started was competitive.
Cons
No customer support. Three tickets submitted and each were closed without the issue being resolved. Eventually they cost me a customer who was dissatisfied with the excessively long wait times to get access their course material.

Pros
I like that our company can create self paced training using TalentCraft and provide options for additional training through the TalentLibrary that are short and interactive. Also, their Support is exceptional and always willing to help guide you.
Cons
I would love to see more features on TalentCraft, such as narration tools and accessibility tools to assist those with disabilities can easily run through self guided training. Reporting in some areas, such as customized filters could be improved.
