> **Pros**: What I like most about Zoho People is how simple yet powerful it is. It has made our HR work much easier by bringing everything into one place — attendance, leave, employee records, approvals, and reports. The system is very flexible, and we were able to customize it based on our internal processes, which was a big plus.&#10;&#10;The interface is clean and easy to understand, even for staff who are not very tech-savvy. Integration with other Zoho products is smooth, which helps us manage operations more efficiently. Their customer support team is also responsive and supportive whenever we need help.

> **Cons**: The initial setup takes some time, especially when you want to customize workflows properly. There is also a small learning curve at the beginning, but once the team gets used to it, everything becomes smooth. Other than that, we haven’t faced any major issues.

> Overall, our experience with Zoho People has been very positive. It has helped us move away from manual HR processes and spreadsheets and shift to a more structured and organized system. > **Pros**: It was not difficult training team members how to manage tasks once the instal and data transfer was complete however it was a lot of work getting started.

> **Cons**: As mentioned the set up was tricky.  Customer support was not always an available so it to a long time to launch.

> When I used this product at a former position I had the luxury of a full team of colleagues to help with set up.  If you are a small business or a one man show you don’t need this tool.  There a a lot of free or less expensive options to manage teams/tasks.

IT could attach FAQs to specific categories so employees could find answers themselves before even submitting a "case." The Service Builder allowed for a "drag-and-drop" approach to HR.

> **Cons**: Unless We are on a premium support plan, getting a resolution for an urgent bug can take 24–48 hours, often involving a lot of back-and-forth emails. Users often report that support agents provide "canned" responses or links to documentation rather than digging into the specific technical glitch you’re experiencing.
