> **Pros**: Nichts, die Software funktioniert nach über einem Jahr nicht\! Der Support ist einfach schlecht. Da gibt es nicht gutes zu schreiben\! Und das unterschreibe ich mit 10 ITlern die wir hier bei einer Behörde sind\!

> **Cons**: Server und Computer werden im Betrieb einfach neu gestartet, ohne Vorwarnung. Support hat keine Ahnung. Selbst eine Neuinstallation hat das nicht behoben. Danach ging noch weniger\! Nicht mal OS Deployment\!

> Schlechter Support\! Der Geschäftsführer von Mosaik, die mit Deskcenter zusammen sind hat kein Plan von seinem Laden\! Und Kulanz ist bei denen auch nicht zu sehen\!
