> **Pros**: KPA offers many valuable features and functions that make our everyday jobs easier. KPA has great reporting features when looking back at submitted forms. In addition, KPA has a mobile application that is great for submitting forms when you have no internet connection.

> **Cons**: There is some limitations when it comes to the training aspect like ease of use, training flexabilty, and lesson creation.

> Overall, KPA has made our everyday procedures much easier so that we can ensure our team is always safe. We prefer the electronic documentation compared to paper since we can no longer lose the docuements.
