eezySchedule combines two scheduling tools in one: group meeting polls and one-on-one appointment booking — so you don't need separate software for each.

Find a time that works for everyone, without the email back-and-forth. Suggest a set of possible dates and times to a group, and let them vote on what works.

Unlike rigid scheduling tools, eezySchedule supports overlapping timeslots — for example, offering 9:00–12:00, 10:00–13:00, and 11:00–14:00 as three options for a 3-hour meeting, instead of forcing people into fixed, non-overlapping blocks. This gives real teams a far better chance of landing on a time everyone can actually make, especially when some participants are outside your organization and can't be added to a shared calendar.

Publish the specific availability you want to offer, and let clients, candidates, or customers book directly — no phone tag, no chasing emails. Confirmed bookings land in your eezySchedule calendar and also arrive by email as a calendar file you double-click to add to your own calendar (Google, Apple, or Outlook) — so everything stays in sync without ever linking accounts or exposing your real calendar.

A poll's "Full Edit" mode lets you revisit the entire setup at any time: add or remove dates and timeslots, rename it, change settings, re-open voting, or let participants edit their own votes rather than restarting from scratch.
