## Overview

### Key benefits of TouchDrop

Reach customers email and SMS no longer reach: a physical postcard lands in the letterbox of lapsed, unsubscribed or unengaged customers.

No new data work: campaigns run from the Shopify store, Klaviyo or Omnisend segments and flow webhooks you already have, or a CSV upload.

Domestic printing and postage in each market: Australia Post in Australia, Royal Mail in the UK, PostNL in the Netherlands. No cross-border mail, billed in AUD, GBP or EUR.

Attribution per recipient: every card carries its own QR code and discount code, and qualifying orders are attributed to the campaign within a 60-day window.

Automations that run like a flow: win-back, abandoned-cart and post-purchase postcards trigger continuously once set up, with suppression and frequency rules.

No minimum run and published pricing: platform plans from A$79 a month in Australia, cards charged per piece and shown before you launch.
