The tool supports Exchange Server versions from two thousand three through two thousand nineteen. It addresses scenarios in which databases fail to mount because of database errors, missing transaction logs, storage faults and unclean shutdowns. It supports organizations migrating from Exchange Server and responding to legal discovery and audit requests.\n\nThe software offers dual scanning modes to match database conditions. Quick Scan provides a rapid assessment for healthy databases and reconstructs the mailbox folder hierarchy. Advance Scan performs a deep reconstruction for corrupted or dismounted databases and recovers mailbox contents. The read only engine extracts email messages, contacts, calendar items, tasks, notes and journal entries. The software recovers permanently deleted mailboxes and purged items by carving data from unallocated database pages and marks these items clearly in the folder tree.\n\nA forensic preview system presents each recovered item in six views including normal, hex editor, MAPI properties, RFC eight hundred twenty two headers, rich text format and MIME stream. Search filters and selection tools enable focused export of matching items. Export formats include Outlook data files with automatic splitting, stamped PDF documents for legal compliance, individual EML or MSG message files, HTML pages, mailbox containers compatible with popular mail clients, spreadsheet files and direct migration to live mailboxes using Exchange Web Services. Single database and batch processing modes support both focused recovery tasks and large scale migration or decommissioning projects.\n\nThe software operates as a standalone Windows native sixty four bit application without dependencies on Exchange Server components, Active Directory or Microsoft Outlook. It reads raw database structures in read only mode and bypasses the proprietary mount process to eliminate data loss risks associated with hard repair utilities. The design accommodates large databases while maintaining performance with moderate memory and disk space requirements on supported desktop and server operating systems.","image":"https://gdm-catalog-fmapi-prod.imgix.net/ProductScreenshot/a10e372b-cad7-4546-babd-e6d7c6179287.png","url":"https://www.getapp.ca/software/2381402/dt-exchange-edb-recovery-tool","@type":"SoftwareApplication","@id":"https://www.getapp.ca/software/2381402/dt-exchange-edb-recovery-tool#software","applicationCategory":"BusinessApplication","publisher":{"@id":"https://www.getapp.ca/#organization"},"operatingSystem":"Cloud, Windows on premise"},{"@type":"BreadcrumbList","itemListElement":[{"name":"Home","position":1,"item":"/","@type":"ListItem"},{"name":"Data Extraction Software","position":2,"item":"/directory/1157/data-extraction/software","@type":"ListItem"},{"name":"DT Exchange EDB Recovery Tool","position":3,"item":"/software/2381402/dt-exchange-edb-recovery-tool","@type":"ListItem"}],"@id":"https://www.getapp.ca/software/2381402/dt-exchange-edb-recovery-tool#breadcrumblist"}]}
