## Overview

### Key benefits of Fissami

\* Centralizes all incoming client booking requests in one place, including requests submitted outside business hours, so no appointment opportunity is missed.
\* Gives professionals full manual control over schedule approval — each request is individually accepted, rescheduled, or declined, with no automatic confirmations applied without review.
\* Sends automatic appointment reminders via WhatsApp or email, reducing no-shows and allowing clients to cancel with enough lead time for the slot to be reassigned.
\* Requires no app download or account registration from clients, lowering friction and broadening accessibility for the professional's client base.
\* Operates with no commission fees on bookings, preserving the full value of each appointment for the professional.
\* Uses a dedicated, non-marketplace booking page linked exclusively to the individual professional, keeping client relationships private and preventing exposure to competitor listings.
\* Offers optional integration with existing scheduling tools, allowing professionals to incorporate the platform into workflows already in place.
\* Provides a personalized public booking link and QR code for flexible, multi-channel client-facing access — suitable for use on printed materials, social profiles, or in-salon signage.
\* Includes a three-month free trial with no credit card required, allowing independent professionals to evaluate fit before committing to a paid plan.

Clients submit appointment requests via a public booking link or QR code — no app download or registration required on the client side. Each request is reviewed and manually accepted, rescheduled, or declined by the professional, ensuring full schedule control without automatic confirmations. Automatic reminders are sent via WhatsApp or email to reduce no-shows and allow timely cancellations that free up slots for reuse.\n\nDeveloped in collaboration with CLAAI Salerno and serving over 700 registered professionals across the province, Fissami targets the beauty and personal care sector, including hair salons, beauty salons, and aesthetics professionals. The platform is accessible via a personalized link (e.g., fissami.it/yoursalon) or QR code, with no installation required for either clients or professionals. Optional integration with existing scheduling tools is available for professionals who already use calendar or booking systems.\n\nFissami operates outside a shared marketplace model: the booking link leads exclusively to the professional's own page, keeping client relationships private and direct. No commission fees are charged on bookings. A three-month free trial is available with no credit card required, lowering the barrier to adoption for independent operators evaluating the platform's fit for their workflow.","image":"https://images.g2crowd.com/display-layer-screenshots/2157528/b4f7fc8e38889336f69c171e8cb32a7fb33305163186c1aae4cb92ac16ecd57a.jpg","url":"https://www.getapp.ca/software/2381288/fissami","@id":"https://www.getapp.ca/software/2381288/fissami#software","@type":"SoftwareApplication","applicationCategory":"BusinessApplication","publisher":{"@id":"https://www.getapp.ca/#organization"},"operatingSystem":"Cloud"},{"@id":"https://www.getapp.ca/software/2381288/fissami#breadcrumblist","@type":"BreadcrumbList","itemListElement":[{"name":"Home","position":1,"item":"/","@type":"ListItem"},{"name":"Appointment Scheduling Software","position":2,"item":"/directory/316/appointments-scheduling/software","@type":"ListItem"},{"name":"Fissami","position":3,"item":"/software/2381288/fissami","@type":"ListItem"}]}]}
