The platform automates direct message flows and comment replies triggered by user interactions, keyword mentions, or story responses, reducing manual effort across high-volume Instagram accounts.\n\nNoolu supports multi-account management, allowing agencies and teams to handle multiple Instagram profiles from a single dashboard. Automation workflows can be configured with conditional logic, enabling branching conversation paths based on user responses. Integration with external tools allows leads and contact data captured through DM flows to be pushed to CRMs or email marketing platforms. The platform operates entirely through Meta's official API, keeping accounts within Instagram's terms of service and reducing the risk of restrictions associated with third-party scraping tools.\n\nKey use cases for Noolu include lead generation via DM funnels, comment-to-DM automation for promotional campaigns, and customer support triage through automated reply sequences. Reporting and analytics features provide visibility into message open rates, reply rates, and funnel conversion metrics, giving marketing teams the data needed to optimize campaign performance and demonstrate ROI.","image":"https://images.g2crowd.com/display-layer-screenshots/2145613/bec480dc7c05f68d1423a9dae287ed89ac31638afba99cb9bbd2dcf78265b4d9.png","url":"https://www.getapp.ca/software/2378829/noolu","@id":"https://www.getapp.ca/software/2378829/noolu#software","@type":"SoftwareApplication","applicationCategory":"BusinessApplication","publisher":{"@id":"https://www.getapp.ca/#organization"},"operatingSystem":"Cloud"},{"@id":"https://www.getapp.ca/software/2378829/noolu#breadcrumblist","@type":"BreadcrumbList","itemListElement":[{"name":"Home","position":1,"item":"/","@type":"ListItem"},{"name":"Conversational Marketing Platform Software","position":2,"item":"/directory/1659/conversational-marketing-platform/software","@type":"ListItem"},{"name":"Noolu","position":3,"item":"/software/2378829/noolu","@type":"ListItem"}]}]}
