It brings the whole development cycle into one system.\n\nOn the construction side, Tektor gives you a spreadsheet-style schedule with an interactive Gantt view: phases with planned and actual dates, dependencies, and confirmed chain rescheduling when one phase moves. Schedule revisions keep snapshots of the plan with comments explaining why dates changed. Permit tracking, subcontractor management with document workflow, photo reports from site and budget control (plan vs actual, linked to contracts and invoices) complete the picture.\n\nOn the sales side, a live apartment sales map shows every unit with its real-time status — available, reserved, sold. Behind it sit a buyers CRM with payment schedules, lead capture, a broker portal that calculates commissions automatically, and auto-generated public project pages. AI generates apartment listing descriptions from unit data, with an XML feed for property portals.\n\nAfter handover, residents get a buyer portal in English, Greek and Russian where they see their unit, documents and finances, pay service charges and submit maintenance requests tracked on a Kanban board. Announcements reach the whole building at once.\n\nTektor is localized for the Cyprus and Greece market — including building permit workflows and trilingual resident communication — and is priced per company with no per-seat fees, so owners, project managers, sales and finance all work in the same system.
