## Overview

### Key benefits of UnitsHQ

Stop raising invoices by hand: each tenancy bills itself on its billing date.

Get paid sooner: tenants pay online by card, ACH or direct debit, and overdue accounts get reminders without anyone writing them.

Keep the books in step: invoices, payments and credit notes flow to Xero or QuickBooks Online, and payments made there come back to the right invoice.

Answer fewer emails: tenants see their own balance and invoices in the portal.

See the facility at a glance: occupancy, outstanding and overdue balances in one place.

Move off spreadsheets: import existing tenants from Xero or a CSV file and review them before going live.
