Running day one. Formis ships with the industry-standard project forms already built: RFIs, submittals, transmittals, daily reports, inspections, safety observations, change orders, and punch lists. The RFI comes preconfigured with its fields, dropdown options, conditional logic, and review routing, so you are running real workflows the day you sign up.

Configure it yourself. None of it is fixed. A project manager can add, remove, or change fields in a self-serve builder, set the routing and approval steps, and edit notification content, without a consultant or an implementation project. Review steps carry completion rules you choose: require a response from one reviewer, all of them, a majority, or a set number. Reviewers can be predetermined people, a project role, or selected on the form itself, and assignments can be reassigned mid-stream.

Build any form. If your project runs on a form that does not exist in anyone's pack, a T\&M ticket, an owner sign-off, a QC checklist, build it from scratch on the same engine, with the same routing and record behind it.

One system of record. A document register with versions and revisions, and transmittals with acknowledgement tracking. Send transmittals to unlimited outside parties who receive, acknowledge, and download without a paid seat, and see who opened, downloaded, and acknowledged, with dates.

Grounded AI. When an answer is already in your indexed project documents, Formis AI can surface it, cited to the sheet and page, before an RFI is submitted. It assists your team and does not replace your Engineer of Record, and when it finds nothing relevant, it says so.
