### Key benefits of EmbayLMS

Train a bilingual workforce without running two systems. English and Canadian French are both complete, down to the notification emails and the PDF certificate, so one course library covers everyone.

Answer the data residency question early. Learning data is hosted in Canada on AWS ca-central-1 in Montreal, which is what Canadian procurement and security reviews usually ask about first.

Keep the content you already paid for. SCORM 1.2 and 2004, cmi5 and AICC (HACP) run on our own engine, so existing packages import and play instead of being rebuilt.

Stop chasing overdue training by hand. Recurring assignments schedule the next recertification cycle, certificates carry expiry dates that feed it, and overdue learners escalate to their manager automatically.

Be ready for an audit instead of preparing for one. Transcripts, an append-only audit log and one-click CSV or Excel export mean the record exists before anyone asks for it.
