Two checks before every delivery
Each file is validated against the XSD schema for structure and against the complete EN 16931 business rule set for content. A file that fails either check is never delivered.

Rejected files come back with the exact rule that failed, quoted by its official code, rather than a generic error message your accountant cannot use.

The right format for the destination country
Factur-X and ZUGFeRD as hybrid PDF for France and Germany. UBL for the Peppol network in Belgium and the Netherlands. XRechnung when the buyer is a German public body, which is where that format is required; for private German customers, ZUGFeRD remains the default.
